Minigames and activities
Version 1.1 added activities in the Castle and Sakura. I count nine activities and ten related achievements, because building a mosaic and tearing one down are two achievements. A wiki line that says “eight activities and nine achievements” disagrees with its own table, so I follow the Steam achievement set.

What each activity asks
Sliding puzzle in the maze, achievement A Little to the Right at 4.8%. Nobody has published a move-by-move solution I can cite, so I will not invent one. The generic method is the same as any slider: finish the top row, then the next, and park the empty square. Memory in the dinette is No Peeking! at 6.2%. The crossbow range opens after the armory is clear; Bullseye is 7.7% and wants at least 70. The 67 Club is 1.6% and wants exactly 67, not a higher score.
Three mosaics sit in the corridor, the library, and the leaf garden (Piece by piece, 4.4%). Rebuilding one is Sisyphus at 1.2%. The library bookshelf is Librarian at 6.7%; “six books” is a single source. Petal sorting in the corridor is Know your place at 7.7%. Hanging 12 lanterns is Bright Idea at 3.7%. Spinning the pinwheels together is Spin Me Round at 4.6%.
Room names above come mostly from one Russian guide. The wiki itself says no official source lists the rooms, so the room column is one source. These activities are not inside the 14 Perfectionist objectives.
Questions
Where is the sliding puzzle solution?
No public step list showed up in the guides I opened. The maze is the location they do agree on.
